Scotland's Environment

The landscape of Scotland is diverse. There are rugged mountains, rivers, lakes, forests, moorland and fertile flat land.
Mountains
There are beautiful mountains in Scotland. The highest of these is Ben Nevis. You can travel to the top of the mountain on a gondola. Sometimes there is enough snow on the mountains to go skiing.
